magic jack inside laptop project

So I've been lookin online at way to add internal USB ports a laptop and I've found some good info. From what I've read and look at on my laptop I should be able to do it no problem. What I'm looking for help on is stopping the magic jack splash from popping up everytime the computer loads and somehow if possible when phone calls are coming into the the magic jack only have the caller ID pop up on the screen. Unless caller ID phones are compatible with magic jack hardware.
