how to get password

i tried to use the MJ utilities ver 1.6 and i run on vista home prem. 32bit, but i i don't know how to get the password. Everytimes i click in the top box it say the MJ not plug in even though the MJ already in and ready make a call. please help.

Does your MJ work on computer? If so, read Stroths instructions you may have to do some configuration of the program.

Even if you get the info, don't thing it will help you if you're trying to get on ATA.
