Another bad sound quality problem.
I have a weird problem. I hear very good sound quality on my magic jack phone but any other person I call with magic jack hears me like I'm gurgling. I have tried everything I can find to fix this problem, from changing phones, using different usb plugs, and port forwarding. I have used MJ's tech support chat line and when they were done with me I still had the sound problem but in addition to it I could not use my MJ on my laptop anymore. I have done internet speed test and I get about 8.8 Kbps download and .88Kbps upload. I know my connection is good enough. I have run out of things to try and the MJ support has no idea what to do.
Sound problems
Yes the same thing hapens to me but it's the other way around. People can hear me fine but sometimes it sounds like the caller is "gurgling" or they just break up altogether. What's the problem and how can I fix it?
