Saskatchewan time zone on voice mail

Post by couch-potato »

I live in Saskatchewan. We don't have daylight savings time. There is no US area code that is the same time zone for the whole year, because every US time zone switches for daylight savings time. I picked an area code that is in the same time zone for half the year, but for the other half of a year it is in a different time zone.

When I check my voicemail, it gives a time stamp, but the time is off by one hour.

Is there any way to change the time on my voice mail?

Are there any other Canadian users who selected an area code that is not in the same time zone? Have you also encountered this problem?

No way to fix the time zone currently. Hopefully it is on the short list of things to do.

No big deal. I'm out 6 hours and just add 6 if I absolutely need to know the time a call was made.
