Autodialing 866 709-2073

My MJ worked fine for about 1 week then started autodialing many times a day, especially between 4:00 AM to 9:00 AM this number 866 709-2073.
On three ocasions dialed 800 531-6502.
I dialed these numbers manually to find out who was on the other end, it sounds like a dial-up internet conection. I am very concerned about the security of my computer.
Any help will be appreciated. MJ agents directed me to format MJ folder, dload update, allow cookies, edit security sites, etc. Still does it.
I'm trying to convince them to replace it.
I have another MJ working on the same network with the same computers and works fine.

Yes I just ordered Directv about a week ago when the freaking autodialing started.
It makes sense now, my second Majic Jack is on the second pair and that is why never autodials.
How do you know those numbers belong to Directv.
