MagicJack dials and connects - but no sound

MagicJack was working fine a week ago, but now when I dial a number it connects, but then there is no sound. Can anyone suggest
how I can get my sound back? (I did install some Symantec antivirus, anti-spyware, and ZoneAlarm firewall protection after
MagicJack was installed.)

might want to check the Zone Alarm for blocking

I'm experiencing the same exact issue.....don't believe it's related to any firewall software.....anybody else having this problem?

I have Symantec Norton AV and firewall and have had no problem. Maybe something simple- check the volume in the menu. Make sure the phone is on and not the headphone.

Check to see that you haven't selected "Switch to headset" in the menu options.
