Anyone notice that for the last few days that custom settings for voicemail have not been working, and have degraded back to a default state of the person at the following number is not available?
Over the last number of days I seen where my voicemail has been losing all my custom greetings, and telling me I have no new messages. However if I run “MagicFix” to upgrade the software install on the dongle my custom greeting returns, and again any undeleted messages again are present on the system. very strange....
There are more weird things going on there. My voice mail is a mix of both custom and generic greetings and I had the same problem when programming it for somebody else, in spite of a reset by customer service.
I do not understand why this company does not make the incoming calls more reliable- that is their source of income.. More and more people are switching to other providers with free incoming and use MJ only for outgoing.
I have had a multitude of problems for the last 3 weeks with voicemail, and my numerous complaints & maybe solutions via customer support have not resolved the problem.
I have used MJ for my business & now anyone that calls gets the generic outgoing message w/number and not my pre-recorded message.
I am considering filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and if I get even more angry (depends on the heat), I might engage in a class action lawsuit, as I think there are several others out there that are having a multitude of problems, and would like to join this lawsuit.
