hello,
this is my first time here and i want to say thank you 4 being there.
ok, here goes---my phone, or any phone i hook up to the mj will
not ring. it did in the beginning and just quit. i was with tech support
for an unbelievable 90+ minutes following text instructions ( i wish i
could have simply stated my problem to a live voice ) and they must
have had me change every setting the system can change. they were
very helpful, once i got through the maze of initial ?'s from the lower
level help desk, but for what i went through i felt we were rebuilding
mj's software?! so guys and gals, any suggestions?

also, can i somehow plug my cell number into the system with
the carrier on or off?
