verification problem

i m having a problem with my magicjack verification. It was sent to me by my sister staying in the US. I stay in India. When I told her that the magicjack is asking for e-mail id and password for verification she said she hasn't registered any account. Please help me as I need to get out of this problem. The problem started after my magicjack got upgraded..Your help is truly appreciated. THANK YOU...

The MJ had to initially have been registered for it to work and to get a phone number. They are asking for re-entry of that same data. It is the same information that is used to log into http://my.magicjack.com

got the same problem here...but what if i forgot the email add and password that i use to register my mj unit? any workarounds..thanks

i also have the same problem. i think my friend registered the mj in my behalf but can't seem to remember the email or password he used....HELP

i'm having a problem similar to this. only difference is that it says my e-mail or passwor is invalid. i made sure that the password and e-mail are corect by saving it in a document the moment i got the magic jack. why isn't it accepting my e-mail address?
