I used my Majicjack for about 6 weeks on my Vista PC, but then I see blue light but all I get is high pitched sound on phone and only 1 icon in My Computer (Magicjack Vista Only) ....how do I fix this?? I have d/led aevery fix I could find and still no work!!!

Make sure you have tried the recovery tool first though.

if that doesn't work, go to http://www.magicjack.com/1/magicfix.asp and click the blue light error, click the "if that did not work" link, and then the recovery tool link.
This should re-flash the unit, and resolve most issues if it's not electronically defective.
The audio that comes out the phone jack of the magic jack is driven by hardware inside the unit itself which likely has gone defective.
See if your jack works OK with a headset or speakers/mic.
click menu on the dialpad and click switch to headset to do this.
If the unit works this way, there is a small chance the audio driver is bad, but it's more likely the jack.
The online live support is horrendous, that's a given.
One thing I can suggest is formatting the magic-jack drive, and plugging it into a different USB prot, and let it install itself again. Run the upgrade and vista fix.
If the unit is still the same, go to the RMA page of magic jack.
