Audio volume

When my GF calls me from my Majicjack, I have a real hard time hearing her, the audio level is way too low. Is there any way to adjust/ remove the audio limiter from the MJ? Or somehow raise the audio level from the MJ going otu?

Yes .. goto the menu and pick: Vol / headset control
you can up the volume on both the mic and head set!

The mic volume and the speaker volume are both all the way up. But I still have a hard time hearing her. I should have stated this in my first post.

im in the same boat as you bud, I have just noticed if you click the little volume icon in your tray and click mixer (im using windows vista) click devices and you should see somthing like headset (2- usb internet phone by tigerjet) turn that to the max, i can't really say if that has helped yet but maybe try it and see. The headset is at max and magicjack usb softphone is at 70 and will not go higher.

Also another think i tested was the usb cable that it came with, it sucks so if you are using that try plugging MJ in directly into the computer and see if that makes a difference.
