New email account for my messages

HI everyone i no longer have Road Runner internet.I used the email account that they gave me for any messages that i recieve while away and it worked perfect.I went on my magic jack account and changed over to a yahoo account but nothing is going on there.DO you have any sugestions on how to get this to work.PS i notice on jack there is a voice mail button but it never worked,Thank you.

Make sure you tick the circle box under voicemail next to the new email address your added.. And I think for it to take effect, you must have to contact MJ and have them refresh your voicemail..
