magic jack has been working great but when my son plays a game called fiesta that he downloaded the magic jack stops working.
after he exits the game it still does not work but after approx. 10 minutes the magic jack reloads and starts working on it own.
if i try to restart magic jack i get a error message "error deploying file magicjack.exe.
i went to the fiesta website forum and found someone with the same problem and it was because of "xtrap" he was told that magic jack is blocked because it could access fiesta and do harm so he suggested that they should use "game guard" which is compatible with magic jack but i am clueless to what they are talking about.
does anyone have a solution that will keep magic jack working when my son is playing fiesta?
