verify your login HELP

HI this came up on my screen.IT says your magicjack has already been activated.please enter your email address and pasword to verify your existing account and it has my phone number there also.IS this legit or a bug.I had majic jack about 3 months now and this is the first time its come up.

should i go a head and fill this out because theres no exit button.any help please.

If you accidently double click the green Magic Jack ready to call box it will come up with that. Just enter the same email and PW as you first did and click next.
I just tested it and it works fine

hello,
I have the same issue whenever I start my system it always prompt me to verify my E-mail and password?
I entered my credentials and MJ works fine, however its annoying every time i start MJ I would have to do it ? pls help

I got my MJ yesterday, registered, got the confirmation email and even paid for the first year. After unplugging it for the night and plugging it in again, I got a request to sign in and then got --

Email address is not on file, password is invalid or magicJack serial number is not associated with login

I've called them and explained I can't use their live chat because the same thing happens then (invalid email, which is required to speak with Live Help). They told me to try again in a couple of hours.

Does anyone know how often this happens?
