Stuck on headset

I had problems with MJ yesterday..kept saying to connect to the internet error 304, but I was on the internet?
This morning, I re-booted my computer, and MJ came up fine so I went to make a call and I had a dialtone but when I dialed the number I didn't hear it ringing the othere end.
So anyway, I figured out it was on headset and not telephone but it won't let me change it to telephone????
Any ideas!!!

What OS are you using? Did you try magicfix

I'm running XP Pro.
I figured it out..The usb driver failed so I uninstalled the driver and re-booted the MJ and all is good now
