Sometimes my VM on MJ works, but most of the time this is what you hear when my MJ # is dialed:
"We are unable to complete your call at this time. Please try again later. ***Spanish*** Message 12. Switch 692." And then the call ends. No VM.
Has anyone else had the issue and successfully fixed it? I chatted with Michael Jackson people, I mean MagicJack support and they sent my issue to engineering, which means they don't know if they will be able to fix this anytime soon. I know someone else who purchased one and is having the same exact issue. We are both thinking of returning ours before our 30 days are up. If it would just work properly, I would love to keep it.
