magicjack compatibility problems

i have use my magicjack in serveral notebboks from f¡different manufacturers and worked very well.

now that i want to install it in my clone computer , besides it is not detected
on the usb port, as soon as you plug it in the system slows down without apparent reason, i have tried every thing from updating magijack from the
web to disabling serial parallel ports and other things but nothing helps.

does any one has had this problems , is there a relevant solution
