Visualware " upgrade"

I used to test my DSL line with the Visualware.com freeware. Unfortunately, they "upgraded " the freeware and now the test is much less comprehensive and certain things do not work with the free edition at all. Apparently, too many people used the freeware and now they want you to buy their paid service.
Anyone knows about decent alternatives?

I just found out that voip review.org still provides a similar free test ( powered by Visualware)

I work for Visualware and we still offer our free portal at http://myspeed.visualware.com.

MyConnection PC is also available in a Lite version that should still give you what you want.

Indeed they do. I was Googling Visualware Upgrade and this thread appeared in the top 10. Better late than never?
