I ordered MJ with the extra long term subscription (I think it was 3 yrs) my first yr just ended now my MJ tells me to renew! cant get past this message.

Contact tech support via chat - they usually clear this stuff up quickly (one of the few things they do well). Also have you checked your my.magicjack.com site to see how long they "think" you're subscription runs until?
