This is terrible ! MJ support is unavailable. Does anyone have a phone number for support? How about support via email ? I've owned a unit for under a month and bought one as a gift over a week ago, but it still hasn't arrived. Without support, there's no way to determine if they shipped the order. When looking at account info, their address shows as PO Box in Palm Beach, FL. Do they ship from Palm Beach? My delivery is in the next town.

I think with a known outage, MJ doesn't want to be hammered with massive incoming questions/complaints, so they post the outage message and shut down the chat line. It makes business sense :lol: :roll: 8) :lol:

They are under some critical upgrades so Tech support is temporarily out of service. It depends on when you order...they typically take 4-5 working business days to deliver product. I recently got mine in 5 days and due to some technical issues failed to setup MJ :(

Hopefully they will up very soon !!!!!
