The picture of the taskmanager first shows CPU usage with MJ at idle. Next, the higher fluctuations are me just listening to voicemail. The very next lower fluctuations are after I hung up, which I'm sure indicates some sort of problem. Here's the weird part, those lower fluctuations will continue all day if I let them or until I click on the Echo number (909-390-0003) from my list of previous calls. I let it connect for a second or two, then end the call. At that point the CPU usage returns to normal, MJ at idle.
