MJ with AirCard can't reach VM

I just noticed the AirCard settings on the softphone.

I switched to AirCard because I always had trouble with stuttering voice when using my Verizon AirCard, hoping that call quality will be good. Voice calls are great on the AirCard (or Normal) setting BUT VoiceMail is not working.

When I dial my own number OR press Voicemail button the softphone tries to connnect to about 2 seconds and then reset to READY.

Anyone else having this problem???

I have upgraded, restarted, unplugged waited 20 seconds, plugged MJ back in and same problem. MJ Support hung up on my twice when they could not solve the probem....they even shifted me to a supposted "higher" level with no success..

Anyone got a solution? TIA.

Join Chat And Ask them to reset your voice mail

Tech Support reset it 5 times today but no change....

I'll just use my cell to reach VM...

They could not fix it...
