No one can hear me when I call them all of a sudden.

My magicjack and phone were working perfectly an hour ago, now when I call paople they say I am breaking up real bad, they cant understand me. I tried taking the majicjack out of the USB port and re-plugging it back in and that still did not help, we just bought our magicjack a month ago! My phone has no damage so I know it's not my phone, like I said it was working fine an hour ago. Does anyone know some other little trick I can try? Or why is it doing this? Thank You.

They might be working on their servers as I called my mom an hr or so ago and she could hear me but I could not hear her. Called her back 2x and the same thing. Earlier in the day had something similar happen on a call I got. We talked for a few then nothing. I have mine now for a year and never had a problem. I am assuming THEY ( MJ) are having some sort of server issue. It happens now and then, I call it a MJ fart and it clears up on it's own ( EXCEPT the infamous beeping problem!!)
If by tomorrow or the next day it still continues then not sure what could be the problem.
Are you using the extension cord that came with the MJ?? IF SO get rid of it and plug your MJ directly into the USB port( the one in the rear if possible) They have been known to cause MANY issues and can work one day or one hour ago and not the next.

I can hear the other person but they can't hear me..was that was yesterday and now today..
Both levels of support could not solve the issue.

All the basic stuff has been tried.
I'm using vista and a netgear router..

but the magic jack was working pretty good for a few weeks now the last two days, everybody hears the tail end of every word i say.
