I been trying to configure MJ on my laptop that has Vista Ultimate.

I have not had any sucess.

I have already tested on XP, and it was no problem.

When I plug into USB, it looks for drivers software, but always return it can not find any software.

So it states that MJ is not installed.

I tried magicfix, i see no errors.

When I try o use upgrade from MJ's website, it states that NJ must be plugged in, which it is.

I tried speaking with Tech support, and have gotten no where.

Any ideas from anybody.

I been through this issue twice. It is really strange to get it back on runing again. First of all, when you see the searching for the driver pup up, you will choose the second option which is Ask me again later. When you oppen up your Computer icon, if you see there is a drive called, phone. Then the next thing you know is that it will work. If you don't see the phone drive show up, you have try to powr off the PC then restart serval times. It is just a mass.

After you see the drive called Phone. You will download the update.exe from Magicjackc.com. After that, you will double click on the update, after the update, MJ will put the icon on your desktop. Every time you start the VISTA, it won't load the program by itself. You have to double click the MJ software icon on your desktop.
