Deleting old location from 911?

Does anyone know how to delete old locations from the 911 list?

We went on vacation and I added the house. But they (MJ) could not locate the house, so the 911 icon went red after about 2 days. It was in the US! Our GPS and M$ Streets and trips could find it.

Also, my home address is now listed twice.

If you search this forum you should find previous posts on this subject. I believe the answer was that there was no way to delete 911 addresses. Also, from personal experience, it sometimes takes weeks before a new 911 location goes green. I had one that stayed yellow for weeks and then all of a sudden it was verified and went green.

I did the support chat with 2 MJ people. MJ says they can't delete ond 911 addresses. They had me format the MJ 2 times and open 4 ports on the XP firewall. They also did some sort of account reset on their end. I had to reboot. The red 911 is still red. My home address is green, so no real problem. But during vacation we had no 911 service through MJ.

Yes, This is true .

You can not delete your old 911 address from magicjack . You can only add new address to your account.
To add address click on 911 atb and select add new address:
Then enter your new address and restart your magicjack.
If the 911 tab still shows the old address then again click on 911 tab and choose newly added address.


You can choose any address from the existing and can add new address anytime
