So I shut diwb my pc. MJ not running. I call my number and I get a "goodbye" and a hangup.

This is the same problem I was having on Black Wednesday (3/12) when MJ was down for many and I tried to access my vm either by my MJ phone or by another phone. Black Wednesday was followed by Apology Thursday where MJ had an announcement that a "few" customers were experiencing difficulties. Perhaps your vm woes will clear up in a day or two.

I have been having the same problem for the 3rd straight day. When my PC is off and i get a call the person gets dead air but I get a 0:00 long vm emailed to me. The good thing about it is that i get my emails sent to my cell phone as text messages so I know when someone tried to call me right away.

didnt realize there was a similar thread... also this thread should be called , no voicemail period, because it makes no difference if my mj is working, i simply get that computerized womens voice saying "goodbye"
