Is there any program that will allow me to block incoming anonymous calls on MagicJack?

There's a key in the registry named "AnonymousCallRejection" and it is currently turned off (set to zero[0]). You can try turning it on (set to one[1]) to see if it works, but not every registry key is honored by magicJack.
