plantronics audio 850 headset work with magic Jack? On Mac

HI,

I am new to magic jack and all this, but I am good with computers.

I purchased plantonics headset and set it up in both magic jack, as well as in my macintosh preferences. So it should all work, does not.

Any suggestions?

I also tested without headset, calling my magic number from my cell phone, sitting right at the computer, and turning all headset options off. I just get a bunch of feedback. Is that because the cell phone is too close to the computer?

I appreciate all help in advance.
