Having trouble reach MJ with my cell phone

I cannot retrieve messages when I'm using my cell phone to call in. In fact, I don't even get a ring tone. However, I can with a land line. In addition, I do get email notification that I have an email with 0 min duration (my attempted cell call), so I know that MJ has recognized the cell call. Anyone know of a fix?

Do you have an IL number from MJ? If so, it could be the same problem as discussed here: http://www.phoneservicesupport.com/inco ... -t745.html . If you call your MJ number from your cell and answer with MJ, do you also get dead air? If so, it's likely the same. However, it is surprising that calling from a landline works. Which landline carrier?

Yes, I have a 773 no. I can call from mj to a landline or cell and it works. I can call from landline (att) to mj and it works. But I cannot call from cell to mj - dead air. Any suggestions? I've read thru the threads you sent and it doesn't look hopeful.

Contact your cellphone provider and let them know you can't get through to your specific MagicJack number. They should be able to fix it for you. The problem is likely on the cell phone providers side. They probably don't have a route setup for some YMax DID's.

Thanks for the suggestion, chuckIL. However, I was able to received cell phone calls on my mj line until a couple of days ago. So, I know it works or did. Now, I can't get through via Sprint and neither can my friends who use Verizon, T Mobile and AT&T. I'll call up Sprint, but their customer service stinks. Any other suggestions? Thanks.
