HELP for the Visually Impaired – FONT color; size

Dear Folks:

I have a 93 year-old mother (I’m old too!) who is 98% blind. What she can see most comfortably and clearly on a computer monitor is black font on a white background. Obviously, I cannot write code, but I am reasonably good with a PC – and following clear directions.

My question is this: Is there any fairly simple way to change any blue font in the MagicJack “Contacts” list to black font? It would also be of great value to the visually impaired to enlarge the phone numbers in the “Contacts” list font.
Can either of these two changes be made? Any assistance, with detailed instructions, would be greatly appreciated. Such changes would be extremely helpful to anyone using MagicJack who has a visual disability.

PS: I did find the wonderful skins created by Gary Britt for MagicJack, especially the giant one. However, the “extra steps” required to use these skins would be too complicated for my mom.
