First off, this isn't the blocked conference line change, it is a bit different. A co-worker recently purchased a magicJack and is having issues connecting to conference calls. He can connect to the number, but whenever he trys to enter the participant codes the system tells him it is the incorrect passcode and to re-enter. I have no problems connecting to the same conference numbers. The oddest part is that he can connect as the host, but not as a participant. We have a wide range of conference call numbers we use, some are 800#s, some are regional and he runs into the same problem on all of them.
It appears that the entry from his phone (and the GUI) isn't getting sent to the system correctly for some reason.

He's running Vista / windows firewall / ClamWin
Are there any known Vista issues or firewall / antivirus issues that could be causing his problem?
