Contact List
I lost my contact list when I rebooted my computer. I also have callers put on hold and hearing music. I never put them on hold, then after about 15 seconds of music, the line disconnects. Any way of retrieving our contact list.

If your contact list is gone and it hasn't been backed up, there probably isn't a lot you can do other than create a new one. Sorry for not remembering the author (it's early,here) but someone posted a neat little app recently to import your MS Outlook contacts into MJ. If you can't find it, send me a PM and I"ll see what I can do.
A less elegant solution would be to recreate your contact list using XML. Do a search on the forum and you should be able to eventually locate a template, although the original post was over a year ago. From there you can install it on your MJ.
I don't know a thing about caller's on hold; maybe someone else can help with that one.
