MagicJack files disappear from the "Application Data&qu

The problem I'm trying to resolve is my MagicJack wont' autostart on bootup.
Right after bootup I've looked in the "Application Data" directory for the "mjusbsp" folder and it's not there until I unplug the MagicJack from the USB port and plug it back in... then it appears and works fine. Shouldn't the "mjusbsp" dir stay there? It's like all the files that relate to the magicjack disappear after a powerdown of the PC so the setup.exe file that I put in the startup (for all users) can't run because at that stage they don't exist on my PC. This is driving me crazy!!
