Many Issues please help.. newbie too ..... SOME HELP PLEASE

I have had MJ for a while now and had to contact MJ supprt a few times and lets just say they dont know what they are doing over there. They give you there lame act every time no matter what you say. MJ has to work on there support, any way here are my issues.

Audio echos from time to time, I fix it and good for a while then goes bad. any sure way of fixing this?

People I call cant hear me but I hear them?

When I answer the phone I hear a quick ring sorto like sounds like a fax machine, I pause then say hello?
Mostly I have audio issues that drive us nuts

Some times i have no dail tone and cant dail so again I must restart etc..

People I call see all sorts of names off an on from say vegas to new york to . numbers like exotic sites and what not ?

I try to restart or MJ fix or down load an update etc.. Probelms are good but then come back why.

Great site by the way I used the voice mail hack so I can use my answering machine but thats it.

1) Save your contacts
2) Unplug Magic Jack
3) Turn off computer for at least 10 minutes.
4) Boot up computer
5) Plug Magic Jack in
6) Format Magic Jack
7) Replace contacts
