Renewing: Sounds Easy, But Not

My initial year is almost up. I clicked on the renewal logo that said I could renew for a year or five years and found the only option is for 5 years. How do I renew for a year?

login to my.magicjack.com

go to the settings screen by clicking "my.magicjack" below the offers

click the button "extend my license"
