Cannot call in to my number

When I try to call into my number I get the following message, " you have reached the Ymax communications test number, this call was successful"

I can call out no problem, friends and family simply cannot call in.
The help pdf says 1. Try a different phone or 2. Click menu on softPhone and be sure "Do Not Disturb" is unchecked.

I have not tried another phone, this is a standard run of the mill cheap cordless phone that I assume should work

When I look to see if I have a "Do Not Disturb" option, there is none in my softPhone menu

Any thoughts?
