are the call caps implemented in software

are the call caps implemented in software?

Do people who are using ATA or call though non-MJ software also gets disconnected at 2 hours?

If the cap is a software thing, we can try and bypass it, otherwise I will try and write a program for 2-hour call limit warning - 3 beeps every minute 5 minutes before disconnection, with a tone 5 seconds long before disconnection
