Making a backup of the stuff on MJ hardware

Few questions:

1. Any software that will make a bit-bit copy of the stuff on MJ hardware/dongle?

2. If I download the latest update.exe from MJ and then format the dongle and then run update.exe - it does not require the MJ dongle to have ANY software on it before hand right?

I mean the MJ can be a COMPLETE FULL format drive and on that I can run the update.exe?

3. Does the MJ dongle use te autorun technique to install the virtual drive or does the virtual drive get installed AFTER you install the MJ software?
