Is there an actual phone number we can reach magic jack where they will talk to you in person?
My dad ordered a magic jack back in march and never received it, they did take the money from his paypal account 3 days later.
He has tried to call them and only got the machine, they never return calls?
Can anyways please advise

contact Paypal and start a dispute. no need to deal with magicJack. I've done it with other vendors and gotten my money back all the time.
