Since it doesnt seem to me a MJ problem your answer won't be on this forum. To me sounds as if you have an ISP, LAN card, Router/modem, or PC problem causing your internet outage. I can't see how your MJ could cause that problem. All I can suggest is to unplug your MJ for a few days and see what happens. Of course hard to tell if you are not using the net if the connection goes down, so you really need to pay attention. IF NO PROBLEMS, plug your MJ back in and see what happens then. As I said I don't see how the MJ could cuase you to lose your internet connections, BUT stranger things have happened.

In the beginning of magicjack i had an issue where the internet would drop and reconnect, but it was because of the following:
1. magicjack plugged into the front USB port
2. netgear USB wireless dongle plugged into the front USB port.
Seemed both were really on the same hub.
Solution was to move the netgear USB dongle to the USB ports in the back of the computer and leave magicjack on the front USB port.
I still use this setup with a GE 2.4 Ghz cordless with no issues anymore..
(well no internet drop issues...)
I'd try to make sure anything you are using is plugged into different hubs.
