If I do a complete shutdown of the computer, and then reboot and start MJ, my phone keypad will be recognized on the soft pad. If I put my computer in sleep mode, and then restart, MJ is ready but pushing the numerals on the phone do nothing.
Sometimes when the phone keypad does work, and I call one of those business numbers with a long automated answering system, like "Press 1 for Customer Service" and I press the number on the phone keypad, it won't register on the softpad. Clicking on the numeral on the soft pad always works.
Any ideas, I've tried two different phones but both are the same.
