i am using firefox, installed an addon called "telify" . to set it up, go to telify options>used protocol > set to callto: .
phone numbers on web pages will be highlighted (you can set the level of highlight), clicking on one gives a window to pick the number. the first time it will ask you to choose the callto: reference. browse to c:\documents and settings\"your name"\application data\mjusbsp\magicjack.exe .
be sure to click the box to make this the default.
next time you click on a browser window phone number, you pick the phone number (i know, an extra click. i don't see how to avoid it) and mj window pops up and starts the call.
for other browsers i am guessing that the setup is similar, though you will have to locate the .exe yourself.
dialing directly from firefox browser pages

Telify works like a charm!
Loving it! Worked the first time, every time. Thanks for the turn on.
