Need a new addressbook.xml file - normal fix not working

I am new to the forum but have read through several of the posts having to do with lost contacts, etc. I have spent several hours on the phone with mj support and have done everything from building ports to reformatting the mj drive, deleting USB ports, etc.

Here is what I am running into and cant seem to get around. First my contacts disappeared as many other folks' did. I was instructed how to build a new addressbook.xml file by adding one contact, etc., but that did not totally work. The addressbook.xml file that was built reflects a modified date of 12/29 when it was supposedly built on Jan 5th. I would have expected this file would update its modified date as I manually added contacts to it over the past week, but it never did and then two days ago, my mj started allowing one call before throwing the error page, "magicJack USB Softphone has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I then close and reopen it to make one more call. I believe the addressbook.xml file is corrupted.

At one point today, the contact list did not load and I didn't get the error message either - until I reset the mj - then same thing all over again.
The mj folks tell me I should get a clean addressbook.xml after a reformat, etc. but that never happens because the mj always downloads the last addressbook.xml file from the site and I cannot build another contact list while the magicjack is trying to download and if I disconnect the computer from the internet to prevent this download it will also not allow me to build another contact list.

I am looking for anyone who can send me a clean addressbook.xml file or a link to one that I can download - heck I don't even care if it has some contacts in it - I can delete those - I am desperate and I am not counting on the mj engineers coming to the rescue anytime soon. I believe the online addressbook.xml is corrupted and I should be able to paste a clean one in the magicjack folder on my pc and start to manually put the contacts back into it.
