The 5-year deal

Post by ejg528 »

I got my Magic Jack a few days ago and so far it works great! It took me a while to configure it the way I'd like it (this forum has been invaluable!) but I've finally got it.

Anyway, I ordered the 5-year deal for an extra $50. Or, more accurately, the "years 2-5 deal" since the first year is already included in the startup price.

My account still says that my license expires in 2009 - that is, not reflecting the years 2-5 extention. I asked Magic Jack about this and they said it takes 8-10 days for the account to be updated, and that I should check in a few days.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks!

The 5-year deal is a pop-up when you order for the first time, and I heard it's relatively new (and for a limited time). Someone has a post on here which has a picture of the pop-up screen.

I sure hope they update my account for it, since they already billed me for it (I saw it on my bill but not on my account, yet). Anyone else have any luck with this?
