Need HELP!!

its Like this, my cousin was the one who registered my magic jack before, a year ago, now, i want to compLete the registration, but the probLem is, i dont know the password he used to register my MJ.. i have tried to asked him about the password and even the emaiL address he had used but, it seems he dont remember it anymore,, is there a way to recover the emaiL or password??
