I am running MagicJack on an XP system that also has Windows Onecare. MagicFix reports that it cannot see ports 5060 or 5070. I have opened these ports on my router, and turned off the Firewall in OneCare completely. But the ports are still blocked. To be sure it is not the router, I have even bypassed it, AGAIN MAKING SURE OneCares Firewall is turned off. But, the ports are still reported as blocked.
If I reboot in safe mode (so no OneCare is running), the ports (5060 & 5070) show up as visible, but closed.
My MJ works FINE, but MagicFix complains these ports are closed. Are they not really needed? I would appreciate any input from port/firewall experts and people running MJ with OneCare.

leons,
This is a tough one. Have you made sure that "OneCare" does not have MagicJack blocked it it's black list.
Also are you running ... ah, crap I can't think of the name because I got rid of it a long time ago - I think it is called Window Defender. IMHO you don't need defender it you are running OneCare.
