Error3, connect to the internet error

Gurus,

Please help, I am having a problem with my MJ, it says that connect to the internet (error 3) and both incoming and outgoing is not working. I even disabled my firewall and my virus sw. But still I having the same problem.

MJ had been real reliable in Seattle area until today

MJ is all messed up right now. I hope they can find a solution soon. Furthermore, I hope this isn't a case of "get as many customers as I can and then try and find a way to accommodate them."

Well, it looks like MJ is back up and running. Wow is this thing either I love it, or I hate it...LOL. A strange thing though, I can call numbers in my area code, but if I try and call my land line it won't work unless I first enter the area code?... HUMMM, I say...

When I first installed my MJ, I had the same problem. I re-booted the modem and router, then it worked.
