Pending ack

Dear experts,

My Magic Jack was working fine for sometime....but for some reason....just in the recent past....it is giving me a "Pending ack" message on the dailer and the other person on the receving end does not get to hear my voice.

I do not use any linksys router in between my laptop and my cable connection....

Any help would be greatly appriciated.

Not sure if this will help but it is worth a try. It seems the early Jan update messed up a few MJ's. MOST have contact list problems but I have seen others helped by this "downgrade" as well.
As I said worth a shot.

Has anyone tried reverting to this version and been successful in running MJ w/o the dongle??
