I have been using Magicjack since July. Except for one or two issues, it has been working very good, until Thursday of last week, but now I am unable to make outgoing calls. When I dial a number it will ring about 6 times, then I get a high speed busy signal, then it goes dead. Incoming calls work fine. I am using a HP thinclient with Windows XP embedded.
Here is what I have done in an attempt to fix it.
1. Restarted the MagicJack, Menu, advanced users, restart.
2. Rebooted computer. ( I noticed it goes thru 2 "Lucky You" uprgrades)
3. Unplugged MagicJack for 2+ minutes, to let it reset.
4. Did roll back from MagicJack website.
Finally moved MJ to my laptop with Win. Vista Prem Home edition. and did the roll back from MJ website, (after it would not work for outgoing calls.)
If you have any suggestions I would appreciate it.
BTW, I am connected to internet via Road Runner cable out of San Antonio.
