disonnects all the time

Been working with Majicjack on line for 18 months,, stillhaveing problems eith disconnections, and no resolution in site. even had new MJ send to me and it worked for 4-5 months and then starting having the disconnect issies again,, Any ideas?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by disconnect? I'm presuming you mean during a call, however, is it a minute in, five minutes or longer? If so, is the duration at which it disconnects similar. Also, are you using a cordless phone with a wireless device?
